antlr3-maven-plugin software package provides Maven plugin for ANTLR 3, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install antlr3-maven-plugin
antlr3-maven-plugin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the antlr3-maven-plugin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep antlr3-maven-plugin *
